 rganizational Communication Ethics."\n\n\nBisel is an associate professor
  of organizational communication in the Department of Communication at th
 e University of Oklahoma. His research interests focus primarily on issue
 s surrounding leadership communication\, organizational culture and behav
 ioral ethics.\n\n\nBisel has received several awards for teaching and res
 earch\, and his book titled\, "Organizational Moral Learning: A Communica
 tion Approach" was honored with Book of the Year awards from two division
 s of the National Communication Association.\n\n\nJoin us for a free Frid
