DESCRIPTION:MSU's Center for Resource Planning &amp; Management (CRPM) has ser
 ved as the administrative agent for the Southwest Missouri Council of Gov
 ernments (SMCOG)\, a 10-county Regional Planning Commission for over 30 y
 ears. Hear how MSU staff\, students\, and faculty work with a 100+ member
  Council of local government officials\, state legislators\, and regional
  stakeholders to oversee long-range planning and development for SW Misso
 uri. Presenter: Jason Ray\, Director of CRPM and Executive Director of SM
 COG\n\n\nFeel free to arrive any time after 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be serv
 ed at approximately 11:30 a.m.\, followed by the program at noon. The Mis
