DESCRIPTION:Perry Eckhardt is a senior planner with the City of Branson\, 
 Missouri. He is also an ISA Certified Arborist MW-5070A. The presentation
  will be on city planning concerns\, such as protecting natural\, highly 
 visible sensitive lands from development and/or overdevelopment\; how to 
 address vacant land within established areas\; planning in difficult topo
 graphical areas\; and how to address open space around development.\n\n\n
 Learn how to initiate\, develop and enforce landscape ordinances through 
 the experience of Branson\, Missouri. This presentation will focus on the
  tools Branson is using to retain its natural character and offer an oppo
 rtunity for discussion.
