 ted in STEM fields\, depends on classroom and laboratory experiences that
  are engaging and inclusive.\n\n\nIn this seminar\, participants will be 
 introduced to SCALE-UP (student-centered active learning environment for 
 undergraduate programs). They will learn through data and examples the wa
 ys in which SCALE-UP and other ‘active learning’ pedagogies promote inclu
 sive and effective learning in STEM classes.
