DESCRIPTION:Michael Delk AICP\, is currently the assistant city manager fo
 r Clearwater\, Florida. He graduated from MSU with his BS degree in Commu
 nity and Regional Planning in 1984. Delk continued his education by acqui
 ring a Master of Public Administration degree in 1992.\n\n\nHis career sp
 ans a continual practice in sustainability\, public administration\, loca
 l government operations\, urban planning\, site planning and zoning. He p
 lans to share some guiding principles that he has been able to rely on th
 roughout his career - principles that have kept him centered and focused 
 as his career transitioned from a planning technician to his current posi
 tion.
