 easons we all use media. We will explore blind spots that exist in our me
 dia feeds by looking at what ideas\, perspectives and values are represen
 ted. \n\n\nThose who attend will have the opportunity to participate in a
 n activity to review your own media feed and gather information about wha
 t you do and don't see. Media Mindfulness will conclude with tips and a s
 ocial media challenge to continue thinking critically about your social m
 edia use. Join us for a critical look at media in our lives.
