 zens. Developing partnerships to assist in problem-solving\, economic dev
 elopment and resource delivery typically require a high level of collabor
 ation\, communication and commitment. How do institutions of higher educa
 tion\, K-12 education\, government and business partner together? Can the
 se partnerships provide more innovative\, equitable\, safe and economical
 ly viable solutions? What impact do these partnership strategies have on 
 the community and its citizens facing a range of social and economic divi
