DESCRIPTION:Presented by Dr. Erin Wehrman\n\n\nWe feel the impact of gener
 ational differences in the workplace\, in the classroom and in our person
 al lives. In age-diverse groups\, tensions around competing values\, mism
 atched behavioral expectations and varying identity issues can result in 
 miscommunication and conflict. This workshop will explore common intergen
 erational differences that impact communication and identify strategies t
 o help you manage the conflicts that may result.\n\n\nCampus Conflict Wor
 kshop Series\n\n\nMissouri State faculty\, staff and students - build you
 r conflict and communication skills at the Center for Dispute Resolution’
 s free noon sessions in the “Campus Conflict Workshop Series.” In this se
 ries\, expert presenters will explore a variety of communication and conf
 lict management topics. All sessions qualify for Master Advisor credit. \
