DESCRIPTION:Presented by Molly Grisham\n\n\nManaging conflicts is challeng
 ing enough on its own\, but communicating with someone who is emotionally
  triggered\, upset or angry can be especially difficult\, stressful and e
 ven scary. In this session\, we will explore de-escalation strategies you
  can use in conflict situations when emotions are running high. Learn how
  to manage your own emotions to keep your rational mind engaged\, as well
  as techniques for calming the other person down so you can communicate e
 ffectively with them.\n\n\nCampus Conflict Workshop Series\n\n\nMissouri 
 State faculty\, staff and students - build your conflict and communicatio
 n skills at the Center for Dispute Resolution’s free noon sessions in the
  “Campus Conflict Workshop Series.” In this series\, expert presenters wi
