  are good listeners\, but in truth\, few of us are. Listening is a powerf
 ul skill that impacts our ability to communicate and to manage conflict\,
  and developing this skill requires focus and practice. This session will
  explore the role of listening in conflict \n\n\nCampus Conflict Workshop
  Series\n\n\nMissouri State faculty\, staff and students - build your con
 flict and communication skills at the Center for Dispute Resolution’s fre
 e noon sessions in the “Campus Conflict Workshop Series.” In this series\
 , expert presenters will explore a variety of communication and conflict 
 management topics. All sessions qualify for Master Advisor credit. \n\n\n
