 ntly serves as Associate Dean of Students at the University of South Dako
 ta (USD). Dr. Howe has also served as an educator and administrator in Ta
 iwan\, the United Arab Emirates\, India\, and Afghanistan\; he has served
  in administrative positions at Indiana University and Navarro College pr
 ior to his current position. He earned his BBA at Angelo State University
 \, MEd in Student Affairs Administration at Texas A&amp;M University\, and a 
 PhD in Higher Education from Indiana University.
