DESCRIPTION:This 12-hour workshop is an intensive examination of conceptua
 l\, informational and relational components of academic advising. Partici
 pants will learn about campus resources\, confidentiality of student reco
 rds\, ethics in advising\, academic rules and regulations\, advising dive
 rse students and many other topics.\n\n\nThe workshop is from 1-5 p.m. on
  Jan. 10 and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Jan. 11. Lunch is included on Jan. 11.
