SUMMARY:Citizen Safety Course
DESCRIPTION:This course does not allow citizens to carry concealed on the 
 Missouri State University campus. In addition\, this course does not issu
 e CCW permits. CCW permits are issued through the surrounding county sher
 iffs' offices at an additional fee.\n\n\nLunch break: There will be a sho
 rt lunch break. You are welcome to bring a lunch or there are several pla
 ces close to campus\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: No live ammunition or weapons are t
 o be brought into the the classroom session. Following the classroom trai
 ning\, a one-time permit will be issued that ONLY allows the transportati
 on of firearms from your vehicle to the firing range. The instructors wil
 l escort you to the Hammons Student Center where the firing range is loca
 ted.\n\n\nMaterials/Supplies:\n\n\nEach person will need to bring:\n\n\n\
 n\nA semi-automatic or revolver\n\n\n\n\n50 rounds of ammunition (no relo
 ads - factory only) for semi-automatic or revolver (target/range ammo)\n\
 n\n\n\nEye and ear protection\n\n\n\n\nFees: $100/person\, $75/student wi
