Prior to that\, Mr. Connor was the Executive Director of Residential Programs and Service s at Indiana University in Bloomington\, Indiana for nineteen years. Mr. Connor also served as the Assistant Director of Residence Life—Operations and Facilities Management at University of Wisconsin—OshKosh\, and as th e Associate Director of Residence Life—Personnel and Administration at In diana University. Mr. Connor received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics at St. Norbert College\, then obtained his MBA in Personnel Emphasis at the University of Wisconsin—OshKosh.
