Whether struggling to nourish their bodies with food\, bal ancing work and school\, withstanding racial microaggressions\, or worryi ng about basic rights being stripped away\, students at Missouri State ha ve a lot on their plate as they attempt to navigate the curriculum. To ad vise today's students\, we must reimagine academic advising as more than merely helping students select courses and identify particular career pat hs.
