DESCRIPTION:This Faculty Learning Community (FLC) exists to increase schol
 arly productivity\, develop a scholarly community\, facilitate the develo
 pment of a culture of learning and promote faculty leadership\, collabora
 tion and collegiality across disciplines among faculty at MSU. Research o
 n faculty productivity indicates that devoted writing time\, accountabili
 ty and structure (provided by this FLC) increases scholarly productivity 
 and enhances a sense of belonging among faculty members (Belcher\, 2019\;
  Kwan et al.\, 2021). It's free to participate in the Faculty Writing Cir
 cle FLC and participants will receive a copy of Wendy Belcher's (2009) "W
 riting your Journal Article in Twelve Weeks:  A Guide to Academic Publish
 ing Success."
