SUMMARY:MSU LEAD On: Managing and Mediating Conflict for Others
DESCRIPTION:Leaders often find themselves managing conflicts between other
 s\, whether it’s among team members\, other leaders\, or outside individu
 als. This mediating role can be challenging and awkward to navigate\, but
  a lack of resolution can lead to a decrease in productivity and an incre
 ase in turnover as well as overall dissatisfaction. Learning how to help 
 others reach conflict resolution is an important skill for leaders to dev
 elop successful and peaceful team dynamics. This session focuses on enhan
 cing mediation and conflict-resolution skills for leaders.The MSU LEAD ON
  workshops support continued professional development in the supervisor t
