My Stream Ecolog y lab group will host Dave Woods\, who earned both BS in Wildlife Bio and MS in Biology (research in Dr. Alicia Mathis’s lab) here at MO State. He has worked as a fish biologist with MDC and is now a lead scientist at t he Ozark Underground Lab\, located just north of Bull Shoals reservoir.  \n\n\nHe will not have a lot of time to spend with us (he will arrive by about 2:30)\, but he is very interested to meet students. We are therefor e trying for the first time a little “mixer” with free snacks and drinks just outside the seminar room (Tem/Blunt/SCNC 143) for 30-45 minutes befo re the seminar start time of 4 p.m. Please come by and mingle\, meet Dave and catch up with others in biology.
