 can be used to increase inclusivity\, cultural competence and cultural aw
 areness in community organizations. The goal of Fuse is to reduce and pre
 vent violence in the community. This program encourages people to spark c
 onnections through conversations and offers resources for navigating pola
 rizing topics. Using a combination of activities\, multimedia and in-pers
 on training\, Fuse promotes understanding\, awareness and engagement. Lea
