DESCRIPTION:Leaders often find themselves managing conflicts between other

 s. This mediating role can be challenging and awkward to navigate\, but a
  lack of resolution can lead to a decrease in productivity and an increas
 e in turnover as well as overall dissatisfaction. Learning how to help ot
 hers reach conflict resolution is an important skill for leaders to devel
 op successful and peaceful team dynamics. This session focuses on enhanci
 ng mediation and conflict-resolution skills for leaders.\n\n\nFacilitator
