DESCRIPTION:Preparation is key to the success of any business venture. Whe
 ther you are starting a new business\, growing an established business\, 
 or launching a new product or service\, preparation is the key.  Learn ho
 w to utilize several tools in the process of developing a plan for your b
 usiness.  Whether formal or informal\, translating your ideas into a work
 ing plan will increase the odds in your favor.  This seminar provides an 
 overview of two approaches to business plans and the steps necessary to d
 evelop those plans.  Also\, a special emphasis will be placed how to fund
  the business once the plan has been developed.  In addition to the cours
