SUMMARY:19th Annual Ozarks Celebration Festival
DESCRIPTION:The 19th Annual Ozarks Celebration Festival will be held today
  from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the Missouri State University Campus Histor
 ic Quad\, located east of Carrington Hall on National Avenue.\n\n\nThis y
 ear's festival features over 100 artists\, exhibitors\, and vendors occup
 ying 70 booths\; and four performance stages will feature a variety of mu
 sicians\, singers and storytellers for your entertainment pleasure.\n\n\n
 Highlights of this year's festival include:\n\n\n\nAt 1 p.m. the Festival
  will come to a standstill as we pay tribute to the lives lost during the
  attack on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11\, 2001. The Quadrivium Quar
 tet\, under the direction of Dr. John Prescott will perform Dr. Prescott'
 s origional piece\, Quadrivium  written specifically for this event.\nThe
  Kid's Area will feature hands-on art projects\, games and performers thr
 oughout the day.\nMSU's Chef Quinten Easen will be holding cooking demons
 trations throughout the day in the Farmer's Market Area\nPat's Clogging S
 tudios &amp; Celtic Fire Irish Dance Company\, accompanied by Stormy Weather\
 , will perform on the Clear Creek Performance Stage at 3:30 p.m.\nCoppers
 mith Jim Lee Carr will demonstrate the art of Coppersmithing throughout t
 he weekend.
