DESCRIPTION:Dr. Monica S. Powers is the TRiO and Outreach Director at Palm
  Beach State College\, Lake Worth\, FL.\, and was the Dean of Students at
  Gogebic Community College\, Ironwood\, MI.\, and the Director of SSS/TRi
 O at Montana State University\, Billings\, MT. Dr. Powers received her Do
 ctor of Philosophy in Educational Studies with an emphasis in Educational
  Leadership and Higher Education from the University of Nebraska.  Dr.  P
 owers is focused on student inclusion and diversity\, and has experience 
 in TRIO grant writing\, advising\, mentoring and supervision of a mentori
 ng program for underrepresented students\, fiscal management\, human reso
 urces\, and data analysis.   We are excited Dr. Powers is visiting Missou
 ri State University. Please come by and talk with this candidate about wh
