Dr. Brow n received his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri\, Columbia MO. Dr. Brown has experience working w ith students from diverse backgrounds\, issues facing Black and other und errepresented students\, first generation students and students with disa bilities.  Dr. Brown has implemented recruitment and retention programmin g for students of color\, maintained accountability for the TRiO Student Support Services\, hired\, trained\, supervised and evaluated administrat ive and professional staff\, and collaborated with campus partners. Dr. B rown has served in many professional affiliations\, University & civic le adership\, and is the recipient of many University honors.
