As a Community Development Specialist\, McCoy supported and fostered 2 5 students placed within temporary housing. As a Peer Involvement Advisor at Missouri S&T\, McCoy worked one on one with students in an interventi on program to assess and increase student involvement across campus. McCo y also collected data\, and assessed and analyzed participant demographic and goal-oriented information. As a Resident Assistant & Senior Resident Assistant at Missouri S&T\, McCoy facilitated programming to educate stu dents on diversity\, physical and mental health\, and academic issues.
