DESCRIPTION:R.C. Collins received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language a
 nd Literature from Hendrix College\, Conway\, AR\, and a degree from La U
 niversidad de Murcia in Spanish and French literature\, language\, and cu
 ltures\, Murica\, Spain. Collins worked as a Field Organizer for One Spri
 ngfield/No Repeal Campaign\, Springfield\, MO\, overseeing volunteer recr
 uitment and retention\, and organizing housing and meals for visiting vol
 unteers. As an Admissions Counselor Assistant at Hendrix College\, Collin
 s compiled demographic information on applicants\, organized and submitte
 d expense reports\, and assisted prospective students through the applica
 tion process. Collins worked as an Intern for AmeriCorps-Project Transfor
 mation\, Dallas\, TX\, running a literacy program for youths in grades 5-
 9. As a PROMO Volunteer in Jefferson City\, MO\, Collins lobbied for the 
 Missouri Nondiscrimination Act. As a GLO--the Gay and Lesbian Community C
 enter of the Ozarks\, Springfield\, MO volunteer\, Collins co-founded the
  Umbrella Group\, administers The Umbrella Group Facebook page\, and assi
 sted with the 2015 Transgender Day of Remembrance. Collins works as a vol
 unteer for Greater Ozarks Pridefest in Springfield\, MO\, assisting in vo
