DESCRIPTION:In spring\, 2016\, we conducted a study across campus that exa
 mined the views of students\, staff\, and faculty regarding ethical dilem
 mas in advising.  We will present the results of this study\, emphasizing
  the importance of faculty and staff in recognizing ethical dilemmas and 
 dealing with them appropriately. Presented by Xiafei Xue\, David Lutz\, a
