DESCRIPTION:Leaders in Community Service (LCS) will be holding a recruitme
 nt mixer for potential members.\n\n\nLCS is a complement to the Federal W
 ork Study program. It is a unique program that allows students to serve a
 n average of 10-12 hours a week with an area non-profit agency for the fa
 ll and spring semesters of the academic year as their work study assignme
 nt. Through their participation\, LCS members broaden their educational e
 xperience and awareness of community needs along with providing valuable 
 services\, insights and energy to the Springfield community. Members will
  build their resume with valuable experience and earn a paycheck.
