 tor training and volunteering with the program! \n\n\nThis free training 
 is for women who wish to learn more about and/or volunteer to co-facilita
 te Circles for Girls with the Center of Dispute Resolution. \n\n\nCircles
  for Girls is an 8-10 week structured educational group for girls and you
 ng women. It brings together a group of 4-10 girls with trained facilitat
 ors to explore topics relating to social\, emotional and physical well-be
 ing. Groups are conducted within area middle and high schools during the 
 school day. \n\n\nThe program is designed focus on the development of eff
 ective conflict management and communication skills and to help girls rea
 lize their strengths\, withstand soical presures\, and maintain healthy r
 elationships.
