 Deetz\, professor emeritus at the University of Colorado Boulder. Lunch w
 ill be provided.\n\n\nPrior to his retirement in 2016\, Dr. Deetz taught 
 courses in communication theory\, public deliberation\, organizational ch
 ange\, and collaborative decision making. He was the founding director of
  the Center for the Study of Conflict\, Collaboration and Creative Govern
 ance\; a President's Teaching Scholar\; and the director of the Peace and
  Conflict Studies Conflict Program.\n\n\nThis event is co-sponsored by th
 e Division of Diversity and Inclusion.
