FLCs are teams of 8 to 10 faculty and members will engage in f requent seminars and activities that provide learning\, development\, and community building. Through participation in their community\, faculty w ill build a product or plan in support of enhancing teaching and learning . FLC’s are facilitated by FCTL Faculty Fellows or staff and usually meet 5 times during the semester for a total of 10 contact hours. Members th at successfully complete goals and objectives set by their community will be eligible for a $500 mini grant to extend their learning and implement their chosen project. \n\n\nThis community\, led by Dr. Eric Nelson\, wi ll draw on our collective virtual teaching experiences over the past two years to rethink how blurring outside-of-class and face-to-face creates r icher learning environments for our students.
